By 11pm more than 1/2 my lashes fell off within hours (5pm appointment). By two three, I had NO lashes. They wanted me to come back within one week and pay for a touch up 😳. Should have re-done them for free. Sent them photos and everything.
Super impressed with the service, the set came out so well. I am usually prone to irritation but they recommended cashmere lashes which turned out way better!!
Beautiful place. Anjana you are the best technician i ever had. It took 1 hour few mins to complete my lashes and very satisfied. I slept entire my session. see you on my 3 weeks refill.
I really love this lash company. They do very nice lashes. And they don’t overdo the glue like some places. The glue is the right amount to keep your lashes healthy. This does mean that the lashes could fall out a little bit easily, but if you’re careful, you will have very minimal lash fall out. They do very gorgeous styles that I love so much. Especially the bottom lash text at their other location, they are very talented and do a nice job. Don’t be afraid to ask for a slight tweaking when you do your lashes though. If you want to make any changes, just let the lash tech know because they are very nice and helpful to get you exactly what you want. My favorite part is the fact that I can make custom lash looks with all of their offerings. I combined two different lash sets and they were OK with it. And I love the outcome. I got a ton of compliments everywhere I went even when I did my make up and even without make up. I highly recommend their salon. Make sure you always use your lash shampoo and be very gentle when brushing the lash. I find that I can still go a couple of weeks without needing to go back, but my lashes do grow a little bit faster now because I guess lash extensions help my lashes grow longer faster. So I do need to go back sometimes every week or every two weeks. But if your lashes grow at a little bit slower speed, you might not need to go back so frequently. I will keep going to them for Lashes as I love their work.
I've been coming here every two weeks for a few years now and I love this place. Its clean and my lashes always look great. I have referred a few people here and always look forward to going to my appointment. One of the techs is kind of rude and my eyelashes always fall off when she does them in particular but all the other techs have been amazing. I always try to avoid that one tech if I can.
